Private lessons for newbies to polo, no previous riding experience necessary. 

In 10 private lessons and x 2 instructional chukka sessions we can have you on your way to being a fully fledged player.

We provide facilities, qualified HPA and DBS instructors, equipment and very friendly ponies – Don’t worry you will never need to buy one, unless you want to, you don’t need to be a member either!

Our land and clubhouse are also available for private hire, for weddings and parties throughout the year, with the full support of our event manager and bar/ waiting staff, or as a dry hire package.

We are currently taking bookings for April 2021 and beyond (immediate bookings are available for wedding receptions of up to 15 guests exclusive of staff and suppliers).

Our specialist polo academy is famous for providing great days out, with or without polo, we have a wide range of activities for corporate and private groups large and small – whether you wish to entertain clients, offer a team building day with a big difference, wish to play or just to spectate and have a day out with friends. NO PREVIOUS RIDING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Bring your guests for a 2 hour Discover Polo experience and we’ll have them playing their 1st chukka in 2 hours, followed by fabulous lunch.

Due to current restrictions, corporate groups will be taught in groups of 9 and will be seated for lunch in groups of 6.

The Club

Nestled in the beautiful Surrey countryside, near Chobham, lies Westcroft Park Polo Club and Academy. The club boasts 90 stables with on-site staff accomodation, 3 full sized boarded polo fields and a full size all-weather polo arena. We provide polo in a friendly atmosphere for all levels 364 days a year (we have Christmas day off!).

Membership

Once you’ve gained the necessary skills and ability, you will then be ready to join as a full playing member, of not just ours but any polo club around the world. You can then enjoy practice chukkas, Champagne challenges, enter into tournaments and play with professionals as you wish.

Starting from 5 years old – 18 years old – we teach numerous schools and universities in and around London, Surrey & Berkshire. We host junior tournaments in the winter and summer and offer junior and student membership.
